About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to develop reporting and workforce automation for the Consumer Data Governance team. This role will report directly to the Consumer Business Data Leader (BDL) and collaborate with senior leaders on reporting and site content requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex programs and reporting initiatives for governance activities
- Design and conduct moderately complex analysis to identify accuracy and completeness of data sources used for data governance reporting
- Analyze, assess, and test data and dashboard reporting to ensure reporting accuracy and effective implementation of reporting requirements.
- Identify dashboard metrics to benchmark the status of data management policy implementation
- Develop recommendations for optimal approaches to resolve data quality issues and implement plans for assessing the quality of new data sources leveraging domain expertise and data, business, or process analysis to inform and support solution design
- Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members
- Serve as JIRA administrator to manage the pipeline of reporting and automation requests
- Serve as the owner for the Reporting BLADE to ensure compliance with Enterprise Sandbox Governance procedures
- Review and decision access entitlements to domain governance reporting sandbox
- Drive planning and coordinate enhancements to Domain Governance content on SharePoint Online
- Serve as SharePoint Online site owner with responsibility to manage entitlements
- Participate in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance reporting capabilities
- Provide input into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and experienced leaders
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience as JIRA administrator and prioritizing work assignments
- 2 years' experience with Tableau/PowerBI report development
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with Data Management and Governance policy and procedures
- Experience with Agile development
- SharePoint site administration and content design
- Knowledge and understanding of compiling and presenting executive summaries, whitepapers, and presentations for management / senior leaders
