Key Responsibilities
- Provide AIML infrastructure support for cloud environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Manage AWS Elastic Container Registry (ECR), Airflow, and Streamlit containers to support AI/ML applications.
- Configure and optimize AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, and AI/ML tool adoption.
- Conduct technical assessments, operational improvements, and cybersecurity finding remediation for LLM-based tools.
- Integrate GPU EC2 Nodes and/or AWS Bedrock to improve modeling performance and cost control.
- Enhance Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA) to automate production monitoring and notifications.
- Ensure AI/ML cloud infrastructure security, compliance, and scalability within FedRAMP-approved AWS environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML cloud infrastructure, AWS AI/ML services, and containerized AI deployments.
- Hands-on experience with FedRAMP-Authorized AWS services, including:
- AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS), AWS Elastic Container Registry (ECR), AWS Relational Database Service (RDS/Postgres), AWS Elastic Map Reduce (EMR), AWS Cloud Formation, AWS Service Catalog, ACES CICD Service.
- AWS Application Load Balancer, AWS Network Load Balancer, AWS Cloud Map (Service Discovery).
- Experience with Apache Airflow (MWAA), workflow automation, and production monitoring.
- Strong expertise in GPU-accelerated AI modeling using AWS EC2 Nodes.
- Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Models), model deployment, and AI tool integration.
- Cybersecurity experience with remediating AI/ML tool vulnerabilities and securing cloud-based AI solutions.
- Proficiency in open-source AI/ML tools, including:
- Airflow-WebUI, Scheduler, Workers, Redis (for Airflow internal communications), and Streamlit-App for AI data visualization and customer interface.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML cloud performance optimization, cost control, and security best practices.
- Experience working with the SEC or other federal regulatory agencies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML security compliance (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST AI RMF, Zero Trust AI Security).
- Hands-on experience with model versioning, MLOps, and AI infrastructure governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- Relevant certifications (preferred but not required):
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- TensorFlow Developer Certification
