We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-complexity projects in encryption, database management, and program planning. This role requires a deep understanding of encryption technologies, SQL and Oracle databases, and Thales products, as well as the ability to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and strategic program planning efforts. This role is a hybrid role, based in New Carrollton, MD.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute high-complexity IT projects, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance in large program planning efforts, supporting engineering, architecture, and program management initiatives.
• Work with encryption technologies, including SQL, Oracle DBs, and Thales products, to implement secure and compliant solutions.
• Identify, capture, and track risks and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track project milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Lead the development of engineering, architecture, and program management slide decks and documents for executive presentations.
• Provide project leadership for teams ranging from 10-50 personnel, overseeing work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource management.
• Serve as a key contributor in the technical decision-making process, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.
• Conduct status reviews and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
