West Coast Hospice and Palliative Care is hiring a Veteran Marketer/Community Liaison. (((Salary Bonuses)))
The Marketer is responsible for the Inland Empire areas, Under the Direction of the Vice President. The Marketer is responsible for the development of the Hospice and Palliative programs through direct contact with community healthcare providers as well as through the education of the general public about the hospice program.
Looking for a Marketer who have already developed a strong book of business/clientele in Murrieta, CA and surrounding areas.
The Marketer will be responsible to build relationships within their assigned accounts by targeting 10 to 15 meetings per day. Admission quotas are required on a monthly/quarterly basis.
This opening is reserved for a veteran marketer who at a minimum meets the following three criteria:
- Must have verifiable 3 years experience in Hospice Marketing.
- Must be able to provide verifiable previous 6 months Hospice Admission numbers.
- Must be able to provide a list of currently referring contacts who are willing to vouch for their success.
The marketer in this well compensated position will be expected to:
- Provide accurate information/education to Healthcare Providers and Community leads regarding Hospice services.
- In conjunction with the VP, prepare a goal directed development plan for the purpose of education and establishing relationships within the Community and to Healthcare providers.
- Build sustainable relationships with targeted referral sources while executing the Company’s selling strategy.
- Maintain current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies
- Maintain an organized approach to territory management
- Prepare and conducts in person calls and presentations to potential referral sources
- Participate in weekly development meetings; completes and submits activity reports and documentation to the VP.
- Participate in strategic planning and the analysis for their assigned territory in conjunction with the hospice agency business plan
- Coordinate with clinical management staff in planning in-services, presentations, and in addressing issues with referral sources
- Initiate and coordinates contract negotiations with facilities, insurance companies, and managed care organizations
- Participate in community and organizational programs as requested to promote professional growth and understanding of hospice care
- Participate in the quality and performance improvement process of the hospice program
- Support and promotes the Hospice philosophy to referral sources in the medical industry
- Promote an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all patients in a safe, secure environment
- Support, cooperates with, and implements specific procedures and programs
- Promote positive public relations with patients, family members and guests
