How will you live out our mission?
This position will have the opportunity to impact members lives daily by providing exceptional member service within the branch and on the telephone. The Member Services Support position will serve as a teller when needed by interacting with our technology systems to perform a wide variety of teller transactions and member services including cash withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, and opening and closing accounts. As a Member Services Support, you will be able to assist members with understanding and using our digital services to better meet their financial needs. This position is responsible for efficient lobby management by performing tasks such as printing statements, providing balance information, ordering checks, assisting with member plastic issues, redeeming matured CD’s, transferring funds, completing ‘Skip a Pay’ requests, sending faxes, making copies, changing addresses, performing notary functions, and scanning ID’s. Through our training and education program you will learn about all of our services and products that you can offer to members after listening to their needs to ensure they pursue smart financial solutions. Maintaining positive relationships with members is a must to identify opportunities to offer deposit, loan, and digital products. Member Services Support are expected to maintain confidentiality of account information and stay up to date on Credit Union regulations, policies, and procedures. Like all positions, there are required reports and records that need to be completed accurately and promptly so attention to detail is a must!
