What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aircraft Detail Technician position at West Star Aviation, LLC?
JOB SUMMARY
This hourly, non-exempt position is a specialized aircraft service involving good dual action polishing skills and great patience. Knowledge of surface paint finishing is a plus. Tech will train and work directly with Supervisor to complete as much aircraft detailing as possible per day/week. May require travel up to one week at a time nationally and internationally. Must be able to complete internal company work orders in accordance with company guidelines. Job duties will vary each day and will encompass projects as designated by the Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Detail aircraft exteriors and polish bright work
Tape and prepare aircraft for detail work
Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management
