ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring for seasonal Cabana Attendants to join our Beach Club team. The Cabana Attendants are responsible for attending to Member Cabanas, providing a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience throughout the duration of their stay.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Cabana Attendant must complete all tasks and assignments assigned by the Cabana Supervisor, including but not limited to:
- Open Cabana facilities at start of day, assuring all furniture is set up properly prior to Member and Guest arrival
- Tend to assigned Cabanas throughout day, assisting with Member and Guest requests including ice refill and meal delivery
- Clean Cabana shower and dressing facilities on daily basis
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of Cabana sidewalk and deck areas
- Monitor Cabana facilities and report any necessary repairs to Cabana Supervisor and/or Maintenance staff
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Cabana Supervisor
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members, management team, Members and guests
- Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must present professional appearance and attitude at all times, maintaining a high level of member service
- Must have ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
- Must have ability to act swiftly in an emergency situation Must adhere to all WCC guidelines, policies and procedures
PAY RANGE
$17.00-22.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
