Details about this exciting opportunity:

  • Full-Time Help Desk Support Technician to work in our Headquarters located in White Plains, NY.
  • Compensation: $45k/year.
  • This position is currently hybrid.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Serve as primary help desk contact and successfully respond to and close tickets in a timely fashion.
  • Installation, operation, maintenance and support of Information Systems and voice and data communication.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and communications malfunctions; performing routine operations including periodic report generation and system backup
  • Assisting in problem resolution of infrastructure issues with the Network Administrator and/or the IS department.

If you have the following:

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent Associate degree and have relevant computer training or A certification and at least 1 year of computer hardware and software maintenance/support experience.
  • Experience working with computer hardware, printers and basic network equipment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel at all sites in Westchester County; ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent user support to all staff; ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing is required.
