What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Engineer position at Western Container Corporation?
Description
Position will oversee facility maintenance and technical projects at the Tolleson location. Utilize engineering and maintenance software to accomplish tasks. Lead and co-lead Continuous Improvement projects. Participate in installation and start-up of new equipment. Communicate with OEM’s on fault resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a primary focus in Engineering preferred. Technical degrees related to manufacturing with 5 or more years of experience in industry may be considered.

- General knowledge of Engineering software and a mechanical aptitude
- Continuous improvement minded and flexible to improving processes for efficiency
- Superior organizational skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving and independent judgement
