Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of safe and efficient trucks/trailers to our drivers and customers.
- Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles/equipment in our fleet.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all vehicles/equipment in our fleet.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major systems such as engines, transmissions, DEF systems, AC systems, and driver safety mitigation devices/systems.
- Utilize OEM Diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting/repair and participate in ongoing training opportunities.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Hold a valid Driver’s License, with a CDL Driver’s License being advantageous.
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Maintain regular full attendance for assigned shifts.
- Exhibit a positive team attitude.
- Follow and implement instructions, guidelines, and relevant information to complete daily tasks.
- Capable of prolonged periods of movement, sitting, standing, and walking.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
