Salary Range:10.00 To 10.00 (USD) Hourly

We are seeking a Sole Stitcher to support our Finishing Department by securing welt materials and stitching soles to the insole. This role is essential to maintaining our standards of craftsmanship and ensuring consistent product quality.
- Fold and straighten welt to ensure clean alignment
- Operate sole stitch machine to sew around the circumference of the boot
- Rotate and guide the boot through the machine for consistent stitching
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Driver’s License
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
- Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
- Ability to lift repeatedly 5–25 lbs.
- Ability to perform extensive periods of sitting, standing, and bending
- Use of hands, tools, or equipment as required
- Repetitive motion required in stitching and finishing tasks
- This is an on-site position at our facility
- Work may involve exposure to leather materials, adhesives, and mechanical equipment
- Noise level and temperature may vary depending on department
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00am – 3:00pm (40 hours per week)
- Weekends and overtime as needed
Salary Range:
$10.00 per hour (USD)
