WESTERN MENTAL HEALTH CENTER is looking for a PROGRAM MANAGER to oversee staff and services for clients. These position is be located at our Westbridge Board and Lodge facility. Duties include
- · Provides client support in the areas of goal setting, independent living skills, recreation, and mental health education.
- · Telephone triage; screen all referrals for program; including assessing need of client, completion of appropriate releases, and insurance eligibility in consultation with Program Coordinator.
- · Maintains and follows center billing and reporting procedures and requirements in a timely manner.
- · Coordinate the staffing schedule for the facility.
- · Assist clients with lining up transportation, arranging for meetings and appointments as needed.
- · Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and other household tasks.
- · Will also be required to be “on-call” and contacted to fill in shifts in addition to those regularly scheduled.
- · Must be a Certified Medication Administrator.
Minimum of a high school education and one year of working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis or previous residential experience. Experience working with individuals with mental health issues a plus. Must have excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
