Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Greeting all clients promptly & warmly with a smile
- Work as a team, treating clients, patients and colleagues with respect and kindness
- Accurately recording medical records, medications & logs
- Answering phones and making follow-up calls & appointment reminder calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Invoicing clients & processing payments
- Maintaining a clean & efficient workplace
Qualifications:
- Experience is not required, but enthusiasm is!
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent reading, writing & communications skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
