- JOB SUMMARY
Essential Functions
- Comply with Westlake Safety Policies
- Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility
- Provide safety leadership in promoting and creating a zero-injury safety culture.
- Load windows for shipment when trailers are available.
- Track and load product on paperwork while loading and insuring correct shipment of windows.
- Report any damaged window to the Supervisor or Lead immediately.
- Perform work in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure truck trailers are checked before loading or unloading.
- Maintain housekeeping of shipping floor.
- Strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks.
- Manually lift and move the window to the belonging truck.
- Other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Lead.
- Basic skills such as inspection, math and reading.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Be dependable and hard worker.
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to work independently and use good judgment.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to hear audible noises.
- Ability to distinguish basic colors.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Manufacturing/Warehouse 1 year (Preferred)

- Be exposed to temperature extremes inside or out.
- Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable.
- Prolong standing for up to 12 hours performing shift work or in a stationary position.
- Complete repetitive movements.
- Bend or twist.
- Wear all the required personal protective equipment.
- Work in constant noise above 85 decibels.
- Handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Remove or replace items up to 50 pounds.
