- Oversee the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including invoice receipt, coding, approvals, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, expense reports, and disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Procurement, Legal, Operations, Treasury) and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Monitor and report AP metrics such as aged payables, vendor terms, and cash-flow impacts.
- Lead, train, and develop the AP team; set performance goals and promote a high-performance culture.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize AP workflows and leverage ERP systems.
- Partner with Treasury, Tax, and Procurement on payments, tax implications, and vendor contracts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3-5 years of payroll processing/operations experience preferably coming from FS.
- ERP System proficiency required.
- Proficient knowledge in GAAP, SOX, and financial regulations.
