are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Accountant to join our Finance Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate revenue reporting, bank and cash reconciliations, and supporting operational excellence across our growing network of locations. You'll work closely with both the finance and operations teams to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.Ke

y ResponsibilitiesVe

• rify, allocate, post, and reconcile daily revenue, cash receipts, and bank deposits across multiple accounts and locations.Co
• llaborate with operations and facilities teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.Pr
• ovide training and support to operations staff on cash handling, purchasing procedures, and administrative processes.As
• sist in month-end close activities, including revenue and bank reconciliations.Re
• concile accounts receivable and maintain accurate customer payment records.Su
• pport both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.Ma
• intain thorough and organized documentation in accordance with internal policies and accepted accounting practices.Qu

alificationsEn

• try-level to 3 years of experience in corporate accounting; experience in retail or multi-location environments is strongly preferred.Ba
• chelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).So
• lid understanding of accrual-based accounting.Ex
• perience with general ledger and bank account reconciliations.Pr
• oficient in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of accounting platforms such as Sage, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.St
