Job Summary:
Serve food and beverages, suggest menus items and make cocktail or wine recommendations. Maintain accurate sales using the POS system. Provide the club members and their guests with an exceptional dining experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
- Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Continuous repetitive motions.
- Flexible scheduling for all shifts.
Server Compensation:
- Day Shift | $12.00 an hour flat rate plus additional tips.
- Evening Shift | $5.00 an hour, plus 16% gratuity and additional Tips.
- Health, Dental and Vision Insurance for full time employees only.
- 1 week paid vacation time after 90 days and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year for full time employees.
- Part time employees accrue paid vacation time.
- Employee access to the Club Pool, Golf Course and Racquet Courts on Mondays. (Seasonal)
- Sign-on Bonus of $2500 after 1 year of employment.
