- $5/hour PLUS participation in tip share pool and additional commissions.
- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner, providing suggestions of products or services that might be of interest.
- Pour wine for guests.
- Be knowledgeable about current wine portfolio, product offerings, services, and activities across the property.
- Use POS system to conduct guest transactions, packing wine safely, applying appropriate discounts if applicable, upselling if possible, and taking payment.
- Prepare tasting room, wine pavilion and shop for service, including, but not limited to washing glasses, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, wiping countertops, trash, recycling, etc.
- Stock and organize wine and non-wine merchandise as instructed by Manager.
- Answer phones and facilitate reservations for guests as needed.
