Description
Assists Human Resources Director by providing administrative support. Helps gather information of a technical nature through research. Answers simple human resource related questions. Assist employees with issues with the HRIS system. Interprets simple policies. Compiles and maintains personnel records. Records employee information and assists in updating employee files. Is responsible for onboarding new hires. Inputs personnel data into the HRIS system. Compiles monthly reports for submission to HR Director and executive staff. Assist with New Employee Orientation. Performs other clerical duties related to human resources. Any other duties as assigned.
High school diploma is required, 2 years of higher education is preferred. 3 years of Human Resource experience is preferred. Must be well versed in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must always ensure confidentiality of personnel information. HR certification is a plus.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Associates Degree preferred, and at least one year of HR experience.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Word processing skills required; Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
- Computer literacy and adaptability required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and judgment skills a must.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with various levels of hospital staff.
- Ability to multi-task in an effective, timely and professional manner, where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
- Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels.
Salary : $33,100 - $41,900
