Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the Supply Planner is a critical member of the Window Nation Team responsible for ensuring reliable production of goods and the right inventory levels to satisfy customer demand.

• Create an annual plan and maintain a rolling forecast of supply needs to support the business.
• Facilitate collaboration meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review order forecasts, order pacing, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Develop and monitor internal and vendor focused Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) (E.g., OTIF).
• Develop and present reports on performance KPIs.   
• Create, implement, and maintain policies, processes, and procedures.
• Set preferred warehouse stock levels and prevent excess inventory.
• Support the warehouse inventory budgeting process.
• Design and create new tools to help improve the planning functions of supply chain.
• Assist in the evaluation of potential new suppliers for operational fit.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3 years’ supply chain management
• 2 years’ project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with integrated (ERP) software system
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and planning skills; attention to detail
• Critical thinking with strong business acumen
• Experience in building materials industry

Salary : $68,000 - $86,100
