Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the Supply Planner is a critical member of the Window Nation Team responsible for ensuring reliable production of goods and the right inventory levels to satisfy customer demand.
\n- Create an annual plan and maintain a rolling forecast of supply needs to support the business.
- Facilitate collaboration meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review order forecasts, order pacing, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Develop and monitor internal and vendor focused Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) (E.g., OTIF).
- Develop and present reports on performance KPIs.
- Create, implement, and maintain policies, processes, and procedures.
- Set preferred warehouse stock levels and prevent excess inventory.
- Support the warehouse inventory budgeting process.
- Design and create new tools to help improve the planning functions of supply chain.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential new suppliers for operational fit.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years’ supply chain management
- 2 years’ project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with integrated (ERP) software system
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and planning skills; attention to detail
- Critical thinking with strong business acumen
- Experience in building materials industry

Salary : $68,000 - $86,100
