In this important role, you’ll provide essential care and support to our residents, assist with daily routines, manage household responsibilities, and help foster a warm, encouraging environment where everyone can thrive.
Now Hiring for the Following Shifts:
- Full-Time Nights: 12-hour shifts (6 PM-6 AM) Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays.
- On-Call: Flexible scheduling based on your availability
What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with daily living tasks and personal hygiene
- Keep the home clean, organized, and comfortable
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Monitor safety and well-being, especially during overnight shifts
- Build meaningful relationships and create a supportive atmosphere

$17 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living
- Address communication skills
- Identify and implement symptom management skills
- Develop social support systems
- Cleaning common areas
- Assist with medication distribution
- Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities
- Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line
- Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day
- Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED
- Experience: No Experience necessary
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
