Position Summary:
Are you a licensed property insurance customer service representative with a knack for technology and a desire to transition from commission-based sales into a more stable and innovative role? We’re looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to enhance our support operations for employees, agents, and business partners across Florida Peninsula.
What You’ll Do:
- Operational Support: Manage and monitor the Operations helpdesk and Alerts queues, handling initial support and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Technical Support: Respond to technical support requests via email, troubleshooting and resolving basic issues, such as new account setup.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and recreate issues in our Duck Creek policy administration system used by agents and internal customers, working closely with Business Analysts to ensure clear communication and resolution.
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers to gather additional information, provide resolutions, and ensure clear, appropriate communication.
- Documentation & Tracking: Maintain detailed logs of helpdesk interactions in JIRA, track problem resolution, and update Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) as needed.
- System Updates: Stay updated with system changes and improvements and alert your team to urgent issues or recurring problems.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Licensing: Valid property insurance license in Florida preferred, but not required.
