We are looking for an excellent Shift Leader to supervise the operations of a shift to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and company standards are maintained. This includes working a cashier or cook position while supervising staff. To be successful in this role, the shift manager must be able to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop, and help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system.

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Food Handler Certification
- The Shift Leader must have a guest service mentality and a genuine desire to serve the guests. Their priority must be to ensure that each guest receive outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. That includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of Guest Service.
- Must be able to learn and implement inventory control standards, and must be able to communicate and ensure that store policies are being followed by all staff members.
- The Shift Leader must be able to handle the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to: standing/walking around the store, carrying, lifting, and moving objects around as required.
- Must be willing to open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours, assemble and package orders according to the Wingstop standard, assist in keeping the kitchen & dining room clean throughout the shift, and multitask and wear several different hats throughout the workday.
- Must promote the Wingstop Brand and uphold the mandatory operating requirements including QSC requirements.
- Must have effective time management skills, strong communication skills, and good team-work and conflict resolution skills.
