What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Winnebago Industries Inc?
Winnebago Towables is now adding team members for all manufacturing positions. These positions are based in Middlebury, Indiana and will take place in a fast-paced environment. Departments may include Lamination, Welding, Receiving, Floors, Plumbing, Shelling, Cabinet Shop, Electrical, Metal, Slide Outs, Pre-Final and Final Finish. Applications will be kept on file for 6 months from date of submission.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Previous RV manufacturing experience a plus
- Experience with hand tools required
- Highly motivated to work independently
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel stoop, crouch, crawl and climb daily
- Able to frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds, with Team Lift/mechanical assistance as needed
- Able to work in a loud environment with moving mechanical parts, fumes/airborne particles and vibration. Winnebago will provide required/recommended PPE
