About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Designer-UI to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling and user-friendly interface mockups that align with project goals and client expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and product management, to ensure seamless communication and execution of design initiatives. Your expertise in user-centered design principles, combined with your ability to manage multiple projects effectively, will be crucial to delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a passion for innovative design solutions that enhance user experience and support our company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role within the design field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other relevant UI/UX software
• Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and responsive design
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on user experience and functionality
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly site mockups to support project launches and client onboarding processes
• Utilize platform knowledge to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development, design, and other departments
• Manage client projects on our full-service platforms, ensuring alignment with project requirements and deadlines
• Participate in technical discussions to optimize workflows and improve team efficiency
• Communicate proactively with team members to address queries and concerns, and coordinate with external teams to maintain project scope and timelines
• Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance our design capabilities and service offerings
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of our products and incorporate user-centric principles into design features
• Review and test designs and prototypes to ensure they meet quality standards and usability guidelines
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI design to continuously improve skills and project outcomes
• Document design decisions, processes, and guidelines to promote consistency and knowledge sharing within the team
