Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and support to residents including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Take and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition
- Assist with transfers, turning, and positioning of residents
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with nursing staff
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Active CNA certification in the state of Kentucky
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as a CNA in long term care is required
- Excellent communication and time management skills
