- Oversee all aspects of the home health division, including staff management, budgeting, and resident care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related toHome Health companies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
- Coordinate with medical professionals, social workers, and other healthcare providers to meet patients needs
- Manage admissions, discharges, and overall patients well-being
- Handle financial aspects such as billing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Skills*
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage staff and operations
- Knowledge of medication administration and long-term care practices
- Experience in home care or group home management
- Understanding of patients rights and social work principles
- Background in nursing or healthcare administration is preferred
- Qualifications*
- RN Licensure in OH
