We’re Hiring: Sr. CAD Design Engineer – EV Systems (USC & GC Only)
Location: Greer, SC (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 12 Months (Strong possibility of extension)
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens & Green Card holders only (mandatory)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior CAD Design Engineer – EV Systems to lead the design, development, and validation of EV battery packs, modules, and thermal management systems. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced automotive EV environment, working from concept through production while meeting stringent safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills
- USC or Green Card holder only
- Onsite availability in Greer, SC – 5 days/week
- 8 years of automotive mechanical design experience
- 7 years in automotive programs with 2 years in EV battery systems
- Advanced CAD expertise in CATIA V5 / V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE
- Strong command of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis
- Proven experience taking at least one automotive program from concept to launch
- Deep knowledge of EV battery systems, thermal management, and structural design
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Production Engineering
