We are a family-owned and operated company with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. Currently, we have 8 stores. 1 Mitsubishi franchise, 1 Infiniti franchise, and 6 Independent. Our guiding principle is to be the best automobile retail organization for the franchises and Independent Stores we represent in the communities we serve. Responsibilities
- Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
- Employ customer service and negotiation skills to close used car deals while delivering an optimal sales experience
- Field inquiries about used car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options
- Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process
- Take a professional approach to your role as a sales associate, whether working with customers in the showroom or collaborating with team members at sales meetings
- Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales
- Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical
- At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary
- GED equivalent or high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree a plus
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
