The Golf Outside Service position is responsible for providing exceptional member service through assisting members with their golf bags, keeping the driving range stocked and organized, and taking care of the golf carts.
As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation.
Requirements
Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for many types of availability, as we are extremely flexible.
We hope to welcome you to Woodhill Spring/Summer 2024. The golf course typically opens during the month of April.
Required Education and Experience
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with, and knowledge of, the game of golf.
Compensation:
- Base hourly earnings ($15-$17/hour DOE).
