What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coach position at Workforce Resource, Inc?
Will observe program participants and interact with supervisors to gain insight into participant work behaviors and work readiness. Excellent interpersonal, team work, problem solving, communication and computer skills, positive work ethic, ability to maintain accurate, neat and complete records required. Job requires a valid drivers license and access to dependable transportation. The employer does not provide benefits for this job. Criminal background check required.
Job Coaching hours and start dates will vary by assignment. Will work to accommodate schedules. No more than 29 hours/week.
Interest or experience in human services, social work or related fields.
