We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who is passionate about hands-on problem-solving, preventative maintenance, and keeping operations running at peak performance. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in precision, safety, and teamwork.

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary: $65,000-95,000/annual

Schedule: Monday–Friday with possibility of variating or extended shifts, and occasional weekend or holiday work

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance on production and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, power supplies, and sensors
• Modify or assist with installation of mechanical and electrical systems as needed
• Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend reorders to minimize downtime
• Use diagnostic tools (micrometers, multimeters, voltage testers, etc.) to evaluate and test equipment
• Interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics or blueprints
• Complete work orders in a timely manner and communicate daily progress via logs or digital systems
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; education in electrical technology preferred
• 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical repair within an industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of 110–480V (3-phase) electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC systems (programming experience is a plus)
• Skilled in interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, standing, reaching, and kneeling
• Ability and willingness to wear PPE and adhere to all safety standards
• Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional holidays/weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Experience with servo motors, sensors, and AC/DC motor systems
• Prior work in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for self and others

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and/or Maintenance Lead.
