Cloud-Based Workforce Safety Solutions Consultant
Responsible for tailoring digital safety management tools within a cloud-based enterprise HR system. Emphasis on end-user adoption, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment across organizational processes.
Platform Configuration & Implementation
- Leverage enterprise setup tools to build custom event categories, safety checklists, and rule-based task assignments
- Design and deploy automated event handling flows with alerts, routing, and remediation steps
- Establish recurring audit schedules, trigger timelines, and real-time status monitoring mechanisms
Stakeholder Collaboration & Solution Design
- Host working sessions with personnel and compliance groups to identify risk and workflow gaps
- Convert operational safety needs into system configuration blueprints and execution plans
- Create documentation for test cycles, process adoption, and end-user training programs
Compliance & Reporting Alignment
- Serve as the bridge between digital reporting outputs and regulatory audit frameworks such as OSHA and ISO
- Assist in developing audit-ready templates and aligning internal data capture methods with external reporting standards
