We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative, who is focused on providing outstanding customer service to all of our valued customers. Duties will include interacting with customers, our sales team, processing orders, data entry, and more! There's opportunity to cross-train on different areas within the department.

A Successful Candidate Will Have the Following:
- Previous call center experience of providing superior customer service to customers.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Here’s a look at the essential duties of this role:
- Provide superior customer service to all of our valued customers.
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers that reach out to us for support.
- Handle data processing and administrative tasks associated to the customer service area (email communication, order processing, refunds etc…).
- Make outbound, service-related calls to assure customer satisfaction.
- All other duties as required.
