Customer Service Representative – Wreck Check Atlanta | Alpharetta, GA (On-site)

Location: 12600 Deerfield Parkway, Ste 100, Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri Type: In-office only
What You’ll Do:
· Assist clients via text, phone, and email
· Help onboard and walk customers through the process
· Update records and manage data in Salesforce
· Coordinate with insurance companies, attorneys, and appraisers
Requirements:
✔ 1 year customer service experience
✔ Excellent communication and organization
✔ Insurance or automotive background a plus
