Classification: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Objective: The purpose of this position is to assist customers in their day-to-day needs that include our tools. This person will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and troubleshooting for customers on a regular basis. This person will also be responsible for representing Wright Tool with the highest level of customer service, and professionalism.
Essential Functions:
· This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
· This individual will be expected to enter sales orders accurately and efficiently, verify order status, answer phones, and enter any other relevant data.
· This individual will need to provide accurate information regarding production application, pricing, availability of products, and other important information.
· This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting common issues regarding the products and addressing order questions and concerns quickly and effectively.
· This individual will be responsible for monitoring a shared inbox that contains customer orders and inquiries.
· This individual will also be responsible for completing any other duties assigned by their supervisor/management professionally, and accurately.
Education and Training
· High School Diploma or GED.
EDI and Epicor desired
Bilingual desired
Minimum Qualifications
· Effective verbal and written communicator.
· Solid analytical skills
· Working knowledge of ERP system, a plus.
· Working knowledge of EDI processes, a plus.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails every day.
