A full-time Billing Payment Specialist is needed at our centralized Billing Office located at 9461 Eagle Ranch Road, at the intersection of Eagle Ranch and Irving Blvd. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Position duties will involve to accurately apply monies to accounts, enter charges, complete Wells Fargo PPS and deposit functions as well as reconciliation processes as required. To perform tasks in a manner that meets accurate and timely entry of information and balancing of information in order to meet all deadlines including end of the month.
Skills/ Requirements
- Requires High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience working in medical accounts receivable position or medical insurance claims processing position.
- Must know how to read EOB

- Must have data entry skills of 50 wpm or 10,000 keystrokes per hour with extreme accuracy.
- Must have extremely accurate 10 key by touch.
- Spanish speaking a plus
