Job Summary:
Join our team at COE, a centralized hub for critical work and data management in the Electric Distribution and Gas business units. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to focus on the closure and reconciliation of capital work orders post-field completion. The successful candidate will grasp capital reconciliation requirements and processes to ensure precise and prompt closure of work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, translate, and deliver information in clear, concise formats based on project requirements.
- Provide support to project managers in scheduling, documentation, communication, and cost management.
- Update project plans and assist in information collection and validations.
- Offer input to project research information and facilitate collaborative documents and data stores.
- Assist in preparing status reports, presentations, and may coordinate project sub-team activities.
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project support or coordination is preferred.
