Project Coordinator (Bus Prof) (contract)

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team in either Denver, Minneapolis, or Amarillo and play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and translating information to deliver clear and concise formats based on project requirements. As a key support to the project manager, you will assist in scheduling, documentation, communication, and cost management while ensuring adherence to project management standards. Your responsibilities will include updating project plans, validating information, facilitating collaborative documents, preparing status reports and presentations, and potentially coordinating project sub teams. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, translate, and deliver information based on project requirements
• Support the project manager in scheduling, documentation, communication, and cost management
• Update project plans and validate information
