Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Hours: 8am - 5pm
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team!
You’ll play a vital role in attracting new hires and supporting the retention of top talent.
Job Description
Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the ongoing hiring needs of our clients.
You’ll be managing the full recruitment cycle—from posting jobs and conducting interviews to completing onboarding paperwork and coordinating with the internal team.
Key tasks include:
- Posting job ads on social media and online platforms
- Responding to interested candidates and conducting phone and in-person interviews
- Completing onboarding tasks including I-9s, drug tests, background checks, and orientation
- Coordinating with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting updates
- Building strong pipelines of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and outreach to colleges, nonprofits, and community groups
- Maintaining candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system
- Supporting special projects such as job fairs, community outreach, and employee recognition initiatives
- Partnering with the Account Manager to deliver excellent service and help clients meet their workforce goals
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage candidate flow and keep hiring pipelines organized
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers about open positions
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and documentation protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Report on recruiting metrics and hiring activity
- Represent the company with professionalism in the community and at hiring events
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Mobile and flexible with schedule—able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or bilingual roles
- Familiar with sourcing platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting tactics
- Comfortable conducting various interview formats (phone, in-person, competency-based)
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
