What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position at XPEL?

Job Description : Core Duties

Review account balances;
Contact customers via phone and email regarding balances due and collecting payment;
Applying payments in ERP system (Netsuite);
Research credits or disputes to resolve item quickly and professionally;
Log all customer contacts in ERP system and utilize follow up tasks to maintain consistent contact with overdue accounts.
Ability to create ad hoc reports as requested by management.
Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable role with demonstrated success in a multi-tasking, busy environment

Very comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and handling customers' needs in a timely and professional manner

Ability to work independently with limited supervision while also working as a part of a cohesive team

Commitment to professionalism in all interactions with customers, coworkers and management

Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively and timely

Positive attitude and ability to re-prioritize tasks quickly

Proven ability to work and excel in a team environment

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills are critical

Proven ability to maintain good work habits; punctuality and regular attendance are a must

Comfortable solving daily problems and bringing resolution without additional guidance needed

Proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required; experience with Netsuite or similar CRM / ERP platform a plus

Ability to speak, read and write in English

In office full time at the San Antonio, TX HQ
