Yark is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Specialist at any one of our 8 dealerships. They will work very closely with our Service Team and our Customers to ensure we provide the best possible automotive experience. The Customer Service Specialist provides comprehensive, accurate and responsive collaboration during all customer transactions. They listen to our customers and work with them to provide the best possible solution to their Automobile needs. Developing strong relationships while becoming a trusted advisor and partner. Utilizes all relevant tools to maximize customer satisfaction and exceed dealership and individual goals. No automotive experience necessary.
Requirements
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide high quality customer service and satisfaction at or above company standards
- Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Maintain good working relations with customers and coworkers
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
