The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store, and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone. Cold Stone Core Values

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Offering top notch customer service in a FUNand FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
- Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc
- Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
- Maintaining a clean, organized store

- Experience in motivating co-workers
- cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
- Reliable transportation
- The ability to work up to 4-6 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs
- Able to clearly communicate with customers
Benefits:
- Successful Crew Members will be eligible for promotion and pay raise.
- Pay rate - $14-$20 per hour
