General Manager
We own Multiple Coldstone Creamery locations in NJ, PA & CT. We are looking for hands-on, experienced, honest, dependable, hard-working general manager who would like to grow with the company. Lots of opportunities to grow for the right individual.
Prior experience with QSR as a manager is must. Cake decorating experience is not required but preferred for this position.
Excellent Pay Package with Bonus, raise etc.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Offering top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
- Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc
- Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
- Maintaining a clean, organized store

- At least 3-6 months food service leadership experience
- Cake Decorating experience is a huge plus
- Experience in motivating co-workers
- Cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
- Reliable transportation
- The ability to work up to 5-6 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs
- Able to clearly communicate with customers
