Join Our Team as a Member Services Associate!
Hi there! We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused rockstars to join our team at the YMCA of Middle TN. This is a part-time opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization where you’ll make a real impact every day.
What You’ll Do: You’ll be the friendly face greeting members, answering questions, providing tours, and making sure everyone feels at home. Plus, you’ll get to connect members with the incredible programs we offer—your enthusiasm could change someone’s life!
Requirements:
- Minimum Age: 16
- Education & Experience: No degree required, but previous customer service or sales experience is a plus!
- Certifications: Training provided for CPR, First Aid, and more.
- Schedule: We offer flexible shifts across all locations! (Our Franklin location is hiring for Mondays and Fridays, 4:45–9:00 AM).
