Pay Type: Salary

Pay Range: $49622 per year to $62,028 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:

You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our membership services, leading a team to deliver top-notch member experiences. From membership sales and retention to corporate partnerships and fundraising, you’ll ensure our center thrives as a welcoming space for all. You’ll also represent the Y in the community, fostering relationships that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum Age: 18
• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; a four-year college degree is preferred.
• Experience in membership services and face-to-face fundraising (YMCA experience a bonus!).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Certifications (provided upon hire):

• Membership software training within two weeks
• CPR/First Aid/AED and Listen First training within 60 days
• Adult Mental Health First Aid within six months
