What are the responsibilities and job description for the Before & After School Child Care Providers (Neenah Schools) position at YMCA OF THE FOX CITIES?
Work with children ages 5-12 and help provide child care at Y-Care before and after school programs at a designated elementary school. Supervise & interact with children in a group setting, provide different activities, guide positive behaviors, and ensure a safe environment. Maintain positive relationships with parents, children, and fellow staff. Instill Y Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
This is a part-time position at a Neenah elementary school. Choose to work before school from 6:15 AM-8:00 AM, after school from 2:45 PM – 5:30 PM or both!
The YMCA of the Fox Cities provides Y-Care at 9 different Neenah schools. Hourly wage is based on whether the school is considered a licensed or non-licensed school-age site.
