Technical Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role is collaborative, creative, organized, able to multitask, and has excellent written communication skills. We are looking for someone with technical acumen who is a critical and innovative thinker, an experienced proposal writer, and possesses a strategic mindset.

The person assists in defining space systems solutions that fit York’s capabilities and business model. They serve as a member of York’s Business Development and Proposals team and interface closely with the Mission Solutions team to define space solutions that meet customers’ requirements. The candidate will be adept at writing technical proposals and possess strong business and industry acumen. They will be a member of a dynamic and fast paced team.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with York’s space capabilities and articulate how they can meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and coordinate with others internally to define and communicate space solutions.
• Identify new, emerging opportunities for York’s capabilities and that fit our business model
