- Vehicle Intake & Inspection: Conduct new unit check-ins and quality inspections upon arrival.
- Preparation for Delivery: Fuel, add DEF, and stage vehicles for PDI and delivery.
- Delivery Readiness: Perform final quality checks, notify Sales, and assist in customer orientations.
- Lot Organization: Maintain an orderly lot to support efficient shop workflows.
- Perform intake inspections using Perform Record 360; upload required documentation and photos.
- Report mis-builds, shortages, or damages to Sales and Service teams.
- Fuel and add DEF to new units; transport as needed between lots or dealerships.
- Stage units in the designated areas before and after PDI have been performed.
- Support PDI process and road tests; complete final inspections before delivery.
- Stage trucks in designated areas, keeping lot organized and efficient.
- Serve as brand ambassador during customer pickups, offering orientations as requested.
- Provide product knowledge and technical overview to customers, supporting the Sales team.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in customer support or dealership operations
- Technical knowledge of vehicles; prior technician experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
