What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry Arts Instructor position at YTI Career Institute?
The Pastry Arts Instructor will maintain instructional methodology consistent with YTI Career Institute's learning model and to tailor course materials to the levels and needs of individual students that will ultimately cause students to develop employable skills leading them to jobs that are commensurate with student ability and employer expectation.

- GED or High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Pastry Arts preferred
- Minimum 3 years' work experience as a Pastry Chef or in the Pastry Arts field required
- Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
